Obviously if you have Firearms they are likely to become redundant once your supply of ammunition has run out - unless you are capable of making your own. Unfortunately that will depend entirely on whether you can obtain the raw materials for making your own powder, caps etc., which is highly unlikely. Similarly if you possess your own pre-manufactured bows there is a high probability that they will not last forever in which case at some time or other it may be necessary for users to be able to construct their own.
