 Home Made
Home MadeThe book Nuclear War Survival Skills, by Cresson Kearney was was banned by the Government that commissioned its
production at Oak Ridge Labs! Mr. Kearney was a government scientist who developed a series of ideas on how families
could survive nuclear attacks, in some situations anyway. Includes the plans for the famous Kearney Fallout Meter, which is a
radiation detector you can build out of materials found in your home, and that operates on static electricity. I have built one of
these myself, years ago. You would have to buy the book, as xerox copiers slightly change the size of images, and a "scale"
you need for the meter is in the book, and it is crucial that the scale is the right size. You will need a tin can of a certain size,
string, tape, drywall material.
