Questioning 2012

Dec 21, 2012 is assumed by many to be the end date of the Mayan Calendar, but is it? A close examination shows that this is a guess, and a guess only. The Mayan's had several calendars, a Long Count, a ceremonial calendar, and an astronomical calendar.

http://www.sacred-texts.com/time/cal/mayacal.htm
The Mayans used three separate calendars. The Long Count was principally used for historical purposes, since it can define any date for millenia in the past and future. The Haab was a civil calendar based on a year of 360 days consisting of 18 periods of 20 days. Five days were added at the end of the Haab year to approximately synchronize it with the solar year. The Tzolkin calendar was used for ceremonial purposes, which had 20 periods of 13 days. The Tzolkin calendar went through a complete cycle every 260 days.

The Haab and Tzolkin overlap with each other now and then, and notations of synch points have been made in the past by the Spaniards.

The Chronicle of Oxcutzcab states that a tun ended on 13 Ahau 8 Xul in the year 1539 (Teeple 1930:101). [Ahau in 260 day calendar, Xul in 360 day calendar. Tun is long calendar part counting 360 days.] The book of Chilam Balam places an indigenous calendar next to the Julian one used by the Spaniards, indicating that February 15th, 1544 = 11 Chuen 18 or 19 Zac. [Chuen in 260 day calendar, Zak in 360 day calendar] Landa's records place July 16th, 1553 across from 12 Kan 2 Pop. [Pop in 360 day civil calendar, Kan in 260 day calendar, neither related to long cycle]

The Mayans also kept an astronomical calendar, recording alignment of planets and eclipses, which could be used to identify an end date for the Long Count calendar if they were ever synchronized with each other at any point, but no such synch point exists.

However, despite their great skill at observing the heavens, their calendar has no relationship to lunar or seasonal cycles, and is only synchronized with the solar cycle year approximately.

So how was the 2012 date determined? Debate raged and rages still, as there are many theories other than the 2012 date. But in 1930 Thompson pointed to the existing ceremonial calendars in use in Guatemala as proof that his assumption was correct.

http://edj.net/mc2012/fap3.html
Calendar counts still being followed among the Quiche, Kekchi and Ixil of Guatemala do indeed all support Thompson. But they would also support any correlation that was different by a multiple of the 260-day cycle.

And then there was the carbon dating of a beam in a Tikal temple, which connected a symbol from the ceremonial calendar to one in the Long Calendar. This only supported Thompson's assumption within a broad range of dates, however.

http://edj.net/mc2012/fap3.html
In 1959 the University of Pennsylvania ran 33 counts of samples from ten beams in a Tikal temple. The whole series averaged out to A.D. 746 with a leeway of 34 years on either side. These beams were carved with a Maya date which is equivalent of A.D. 741 in the Thompson correlation.

So what do the Zetas say about this?

Question: Some say the Gregorian Calendar (our present day calendar) could be 5-6 years off and the correct date now is close to 2012 . Would the Zeta's please comment on this issue?

ZetaTalk Answer: We have stated that the Mayan Calendar, while correct in and of itself, was not lined up with the Gregorian correctly. It is a guess by those who arrived at the popular 2012 date, not a certainty. The Mayans had 3 calendars, one astrological which could be lined up with the Gregorian as there are hook points where, for instance, planets lined up or an eclipse might occur. However, there is no link between this calendar and the other two. One, a 260 day calendar, is a ceremonial calendar, and since some descendants are today practicing according to this calendar, it was assumed it would be linked back through the centuries. Not true, as pole shifts cause disruption in communities, who later try to resume their former ceremonies and strike out at a likely time in doing so. The third calendar is the long calendar, and this is the one ending at the assumed 2012 date. There was a glyph on a wooden arch, carbon dated which in itself is a guess, showing a presumed relationship between the ceremonial and long calendar. This relationship itself is a guess, but based on this guess, and the current 260 day calendar, which was reset by survivors in the past, the assumption of 2012 was made. We have stated that the pole shift will occur prior to this date.

Kentucky Disasters

In Kentucky, dual train wrecks only a day apart and a breaking dam within days indicate this New Madrid stretch zone is seeing the ground adjusting! Stretch zones are a silent adjustment, unlike large jolting quakes, but just as devastating.

Two Kentucky Train Wrecks Release Hazardous Chemicals

In the second fiery train crash in Kentucky in two days, a number of train cars, at least three carrying liquid propane gas, derailed and exploded south of Louisville this morning. The explosion closed Interstate 65 in both directions for 18 miles and forced evacuations of homes, businesses and a school. On Monday, four runaway CSX rail cars struck two parked locomotives in central Kentucky's Estill County, catching fire and spilling a chemical that forced evacuation of area homes. The incident started when four CSX rail cars jumped their track just before noon. The causes of both crashes are under investigation.

Federal officials said early inspections indicate the crew of a CSX train acted properly just before it derailed. Investigators are inspecting the track for nicks and abrasions.
Fearing dam break, U.S. lowers lake water level
Jan 22, 2007

Fearing a dam break that could cause catastrophic flooding in Kentucky and Tennessee, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers began lowering the water level on Lake Cumberland on Monday. People should have evacuation plans ready in Nashville and other downstream communities, including Burkesville in Kentucky and Celina, Carthage, Clarksville, Gallatin and Hendersonville in Tennessee.

What might we expect next?

ZetaTalk Answer: It is no accident that the New Madrid fault lies under the Mississippi River near Memphis, as rivers form in lowlands created when land pulls apart, separating the rock fingers and weakening support for the land. Thus, the Ohio River bed also is an indication of where rock fingers will pull apart. Two adjustments in Kentucky, a day apart, are not an accident, but an indication of the speed at which the stretch zone is starting to adjust. Rail lines are frequently an early harbinger of such adjustments, as they run long distances, whereas structures within cities, such as tall buildings, take up relatively little space and have a small footprint. Our warning that imploding cities will be experienced, before the hour of the shift, are in this regard. Be warmed, it will not just be your rail lines and gas and water mains that will shatter and be pulled apart during the stretch. The foundations of your tall buildings will likewise be vulnerable.

Feeling Dizzy?

On the popular GodlikeProduction Message Board, in early January, there was a thread discussing odd symptoms many had been having. Vertigo, dizziness, nausea, and more fequent and painful periods. These symptoms had come on suddenly, in waves now and then, all during the same time period and from around the world. Medical exams proved nothing amiss with the complainants.

I casually mentioned to a couple other co-workers that I had felt like I was going to pass out, and they both said they had felt the same way. They describe the same sensation I had experienced as more of a "woozy" or faint/pass out feeling than dizzy. [and from another] I`m an archeologist and I`m working in a remote place in the middle of Argentina. I had to stop doing my research cause I`ve been feeling exactly as you described. I went to the hospital but nobody knew anything. [and from another] I stayed with my Mother-out-law for a few days after Christmas. She lives by the sea in Wales. We all had the wurlies whilst we were there. [and from another] Just recently a friend of mine starting experiencing vertigo, she went to the doctors thinking it was an ear infection..Nope, Nada. We went to the movies and she got dizzy going up the stairs [and from another] I actually went to the hospital for this about 2 weeks ago. I basically felt, as far as balance, that I was walking around drunk. That's how off balance I was. When I went to the hospital they had no clue what it was. They took blood and checked my brain. Nothing. [and from another] My wife has been experiencing abnormalities with her monthly cycles as well, namely in that they are more frequent. She has had tests run and exams at her gynecologist, but everything is normal.

ZetaTalk Answer: There is more than red dust and debris that comes with the tail, as there are unseen elements. During the passage, firestorms light and fall to earth, caused by petrochemicals forming over volcanos. These petrochemicals are present in the tail of Planet X, having been gathered during the many passes through the Asteroid Belt in the past from planets that were pelted to pieces by the moons in the tail of Planet X. Earth herself was subject to just such an injury, thus the great hole in the Pacific, with all her land on one side of the globe. Oil is formed as the tail passes over the heat of volcanos, was not formed by rotting vegetation or animals as asserted by human scientists at a loss to explain oil formation. They cannot recreate oil formation in the lab, so the theory does not stand. Add to the effects of the tail elements filtering through the atmosphere, the magnetic swings. It is more than magnetic particles that are affected, when the swings are violent, as they have become. Humans or animals living under high voltage lines get cancer at a higher rate than otherwise, as well as other illnesses. It has been reported in the Kolbrin that women in Egypt were barren in the months before the last pole shift, and aborted. So not the first time these symptoms have been noted. These matters will not go away, but will increase up to the pole shift, when relief will at last be at hand.

The Kolbrin was written by the Egyptians and detailed what was experienced during the Flood and the Jewish Exodus. These were both times when a pole shift occurred on Earth, a crust shifting caused by a passage of Planet X, aka Niburu. There is a statement about women becoming barren and aborting, well before the undeniable signs that a passage was about to happen were in evidence. I was always puzzled by this, but now with the reports of women's mentral cycles being affected, their cycles coming too often, too soon, and with pain, this has an explanation. In the Kolbrin, in reference to the time before the Jewish Exodus, it states:

The dark days began with the last visitation of the Destroyer and they were foretold by strange omens in the skies. All men were silent and went about with pale faces. Fear walked the land and woman became barren with terror, they could not conceive, and those with child aborted. The days of stillness were followed by a time when the noise of trumpeting and shrilling was heard in the Heavens, and the people became as frightened beasts without a headsman. … The dead were no longer sacred and were thrown into the waters. He who grew no grain now owned a storehouse full. Cattle were left unattended to roam into strange pastures, and men ignored their marks and slew the beasts of their neighbours. No man owned anything. The public records were cast forth and destroyed, and no man knew who were slaves and who were masters. … Plague was throughout the land, the river was bloody and blood was everywhere. Those who did drink from the river vomited it up. The dust tore wounds in the skin of man and beast.
