Cycle 1 Plants
The large system has six nutrient chambers with 10 pots each, providing space for 60
plants. The small system has two nutrient chambers with 10 pots each, providing
space for 20 plants. This gives a total capacity for Cycle 1 of 80 plants.
Each nutrient chamber has been designated a letter A through F on the large system;
and G & H on the small system. For each of these nutrient chambers the pot
spaces are designated a number of 1 through 10. This allows for an easy method of
identifying each plant in the entire system ... A1 through G10.
Table 1 shows the seed planted and in which pots.
